Every April and November you can be a part of tree plantings happening throughout Philadelphia neighborhoods and southeastern PA communities. The trees are counted as part of Plant One Million. What to wear: sensible clothing and footwear (work boots). Dress for the weather.

What to bring: work gloves, shovel, and refillable water bottle if you have these items

Training: Never planted a tree before or want to boost your tree knowledge? Attend a Tree Tenders training this spring or fall.
